Payment of bills: payment of the local fees and taxes (waste tax, inhabited house duty); payment of the current accounts (for electricity, running water, telephone, centralized security system, etc.);

It is our concern to find tenants for your property, if you entitle us to do this. We can pay you a fixed price per night for the short period or receive from you half of the first months rent for the long stay period.
Provided you decide to maintain your property by yourself but you would like to get incomes from it, we could arrange letting of your property for 20 % from the gross incomes from letting the property.
